Sun Dried Tomato Hummus

I love snacking on vegetables and hummus. It is quick to prepare, filling and packed with nutrients from vegetables and dips. I made this hummus after making sun dried tomato pesto and had some left.

Sun dried Tomato Hummus

Makes: 1 medium size bowl
Preparation time: 5 minutes


  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sun dried tomato pesto
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Store in airtight container, it will last for about 3 days.
