Refreshing Green Juice

I love drinking freshly squeezed juices and smoothies in the morning as they give me the energy for the whole day. I feel refreshed, motivated to move the mountains and my skin feels amazing. Don’t be afraid of using romaine lettuce, as the juice will not taste like you are eating a salad. You won’t even taste it that it’s in there. The lettuce makes the juice fresh with a nice sweet taste.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Granny Smith apple
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 large cucumber
  • juice of 1 lime

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender and your juice is ready to drink.
