This is the recipe for a deliciously creamy smoothie made out of spinach, pineapple, mango, protein powder and maca powder. It’s packed with antioxidants, iron and potassium. I like to have it for a breakfast or post-workout meal.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup mango
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp brown rice protein powder
- 1 tsp maca powder
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and whiz up. Sprinkle with bee pollen, rolled oats and freeze dried strawberries.
