Tropical Green Smoothie with Maca Powder

This is the recipe for a deliciously creamy smoothie made out of spinach, pineapple, mango, protein powder and maca powder. It’s packed with antioxidants, iron and potassium. I like to have it for a breakfast or post-workout meal.

Makes: 1 portion
Preparation time: 5 minutes


  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp brown rice protein powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and whiz up. Sprinkle with bee pollen, rolled oats and freeze dried strawberries.
