Coconut Mango Smoothie

I had this delicious Mango coconut smoothie for my breakfast today. It’s creamy, sweet and very easy to make it too. You only need 3 main ingredients; mango, coconut and banana. And what’s more, it’s vegan, gluten-free, paleo and completely sugar-free. ๐Ÿ™‚

Makes 2 portions
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 mango, sliced
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water or you can use any other diary free milk (coconut is the best)
  • ยฝcup shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp lime juice (optional)

Directions

  1. Put ingredients in blender and process it for about a minute.
