This strawberry mousse is a real treat! It is sweet, thick and creamy. There are so many health benefits of chia seeds; packed with antioxidants, omega 3 fatty acids and complete protein. They do wonders to your skin, hair and boost your energy levels.
Makes: 1 small glass jar
Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp macadamia nuts
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Transfer in a blender, add coconut milk and mix until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process for another 3 minutes or unit all the ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer to a glass with a lid and allow to set in the fridge for about an hour.
Use within 2 days.
